• The house is always rented as a single entity and is therefore not shared with other tenants even if there are very few of you.

• Smoking inside the house is prohibited

• Pets are prohibited

• The property is located in an area with little network coverage. The internet connection is therefore not guaranteed and the owner cannot be held responsible for stability and speed problems.
